It turns out that what most of us think of as the yeti is actually a western invention, created to sell newspapers and B-movies. But one that’s based on distorting and appropriating a Himalayan reality that is much stranger than fiction.

It’s an absolutely epic quest across multiple countries that fundamentally challenges our beliefs about the world, the extent of our knowledge, and ourselves.
